This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform features that align with the strategic priorities of the enterprise.

• Enhance and mature the functionality of previously deployed ServiceNow modules.

• Facilitate cross-platform interoperability by integrating with FAA systems and data repositories.

• Utilize Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to oversee ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.

• Ensure that configurations and architectural decisions conform to FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Advocate for FAA business process reengineering and standardization to boost service delivery efficiency, minimize technical debt, and promote innovation.

• Prepare documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources for enterprise-level operations and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology along with 7 years of progressively responsible experience in significant IT software, hardware, or integration projects, which includes at least four years in a Project Manager role; or an Associate's Degree in IT with 14 years of related experience; or a High School diploma with 15 years of related experience.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations.

• Experience in managing projects using the PMI framework.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Citizenship is required.
