Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned localization and Linguistic Validation projects to achieve delivery, quality, and profitability objectives.

• Coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and status updates.

• Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and any change orders.

• Identify and escalate risks, quality issues, and resource challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational difficulties.

• Ensure that work is consistent with client specifications and RWS production processes.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and adhere to localization best practices.

• Maintain records and assist in KPI and reporting tasks.

• Foster stakeholder relationships and contribute to client retention and account expansion.

• Continuously enhance project management expertise and skills.

• Proven experience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles.

• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments managing multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and effectively resolve issues.

• Financial acumen and understanding of budget management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or localization tools.

• Knowledge of translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is advantageous.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and teams.

• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Degree or qualification in Project Management is preferred.
