Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated localization and Linguistic Validation projects to achieve delivery, quality, and profitability objectives.

• Organize internal and external resources to guarantee timely and scope-compliant project deliveries.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Keep precise project documentation, trackers, and status reports.

• Supervise project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to maintain financial oversight.

• Address risks, quality issues, and resource challenges as necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle operational hurdles and produce high-quality results.

• Ensure all work is in accordance with client specifications and RWS production procedures.

• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and localization best practices.

• Maintain accurate records and assist with KPI and reporting tasks.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and aid in client retention and account expansion.

• Take charge of personal growth and consistently enhance project management knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles.

• Background in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments managing multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively resolve problems.

• Financial awareness and understanding of budget management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or localization tools.

• Familiarity with translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is advantageous.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across departments and teams.

• Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Degree or certification in Project Management.
