Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all project-related activities.

• Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and meeting quality standards.

• Establish and manage comprehensive project workflows utilizing RWS tools, technologies, and best practice methodologies.

• Create project quotes, timelines, and resource plans that align with client specifications.

• Convey project requirements to internal production teams effectively.

• Foster customer relationships to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through RWS solutions, workflows, and processes.

• Engage in customer meetings, provide project updates, and execute follow-up actions.

• Oversee project budgets, profitability, work-in-progress, purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing, debt collection, forecasts, and financial submissions.

• Identify and address project risks, challenges, opportunities, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, version control, purchase orders, invoicing records, and project archives.

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, quality processes, internal governance, project methodologies, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve any arising issues.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying best practices and enhancing operational efficiencies.

• Keep track of utilization and capacity management data.

• Assist in operational planning, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, quality, and ongoing improvement.

• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and junior team members.

• Contribute to mentoring, shadowing, on-the-job learning, and identifying training needs.

• Ability to articulate complex technical or linguistic concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and locations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Languages, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of customer-facing project management experience in a similar or related sector.

• Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships.

• Certified user of RWS tools and technologies (preferred).
