This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Client Service on projects to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled.
• Ensure timely project delivery that aligns with client expectations and stays within budget.
• Organize internal resources and guarantee proper booking and management of these resources.
• Oversee and manage client deliverables across various teams including Brand Strategy & Research, Media Planning and Buying, Analytics, Creative, and Production.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project codes/job numbers, timelines, estimates, financial summaries, and meeting notes.
• Implement campaign and research deliverables while juggling changing priorities to ensure timely execution.
• Update the team and client regarding project progress, addressing client inquiries, feedback, and modifications.
• Coordinate the timing and receipt of creative assets provided by the client.
• Archive final creative assets and working files effectively.
• Initiate and oversee the Media Activation Process, delegating roles and responsibilities to departments as necessary.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain RainMAP documents and deliver bi-weekly reporting.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a media or creative agency is essential.
• PMI Project Management certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Basic knowledge of the creative development process, as well as marketing and CRM concepts, brand strategy, digital media landscape, digital technologies, and video production, is advantageous.
• Capability to convert client objectives into concrete marketing solutions through independent strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and executing tasks in a dynamic environment with adaptability to surprises.
• Skill in fostering positive, collaborative relationships within project teams and across the agency.
• High-level expertise in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and the Google Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
