This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee designated projects from their inception to implementation and subsequent review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource needs, and communication strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for the allocated projects.
• Coordinate efforts among internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Track project advancements, identify potential risks, and execute mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Organize project meetings, facilitate issue resolution, and eliminate obstacles.
• Manage project scope, handle change requests, budgets, and timelines efficiently.
• Generate project status reports, presentations, recommendations, and updates for executive leadership.
• Conduct evaluations of projects and perform post-implementation reviews.
• Assist in organizational change management initiatives.
• Investigate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide project team members and less experienced project professionals.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts for project management processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least three (3) years of experience in project management.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant business, technology, systems, or operational experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar applications.
• Experience in managing project schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Capacity to influence and foster cooperation across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Permanent residency in Arizona or New Mexico is a requirement for employment.
