This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee customer relationships throughout the implementation and upgrade processes
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope
• Direct projects through the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
• Manage project plans, risk registers, budgets, financial tracking, and resource cost allocation across multiple concurrent projects
• Track project profitability, report any budget discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures
• Address project challenges, manage mitigation strategies, and activate escalation procedures for critical risks
• Act as the primary liaison for client project sponsors and stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, design reviews, and status updates
• Generate project status reports, financial summaries, milestone tracking, risk assessments, and project documentation
• Lead cross-functional teams in software consulting, clinical configuration, technical integration, and quality assurance
• Coordinate the allocation of internal resources and escalate any blockers and resource conflicts
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams during go-live and post-implementation transitions
• Enhance CKG implementation methodologies, playbooks, delivery standards, templates, checklists, and implementation accelerators
• Engage in post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned
• Proven experience in managing software development projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating project progress and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar
• Availability to attend customer meetings primarily in North America and potentially in the UK & Ireland
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is advantageous for client engagements based in Quebec
• Educational background in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in healthcare technology, electronic health records (EHR), or medical device software environments
• Experience in managing technology projects within the public sector
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks such as Health Canada, ISO 13485, and provincial privacy laws
• Familiarity with software systems related to kidney care, dialysis, or nephrology
• Experience working with Constellation Software or its operating groups
• Understanding of data migration strategies and healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
