Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery of implementation projects.

• Oversee organizational and stakeholder transitions across client, partner, and internal teams during agentic AI implementations.

• Identify and manage project risks while establishing, contributing to, and executing PMO processes and governance standards.

• Manage resource allocation and any necessary adjustments to project scope, schedule, or budget.

• Provide functional delivery leadership, mentoring, prioritization, and daily coordination to cross-functional implementation teams without formal hierarchical authority.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, assessing the feasibility of the project.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress against established milestones.

• Foster and manage relationships with clients, partners, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders.

• Keep project documentation up to date, including plans, status reports, and RAID logs.

• Contribute to and track product enhancement requests that emerge from project requirements.

• Possess a sufficient understanding of technical tasks to effectively plan, sequence, challenge estimates, track task-level progress, and identify delays promptly.

• Assist in requirements and design processes by gathering, clarifying, validating, and translating technical and functional requirements into actionable specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

• Outstanding communication skills for both client-facing interactions and internal stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in producing detailed reports and delivering presentations.

• A resilient and positive attitude, comfortable working under pressure and facing challenges.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

• Background in managing conversational AI, IVR, or CCaaS implementation projects is a plus.

• Experience delivering projects for enterprise clients in sectors such as banking, insurance, or utilities is a plus.

• Familiarity with PMO tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet is a plus.
