This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the daily execution of projects and contracts, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, analyze, and refine both business and technical requirements.
• Conduct requirements workshops, discovery sessions, backlog refinement meetings, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Convert business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and project deliverables for technical teams.
• Manage project backlogs, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across various initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project health, SLA performance, milestones, and key delivery metrics.
• Facilitate incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring adherence to ITSM best practices.
• Create and present project status reports, executive briefings, and updates for customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communications, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
• Oversee staffing plans, workload forecasting, and team utilization to ensure efficient delivery and performance on contracts.
• Track contract deliverables, reporting requirements, and customer commitments, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with technical leads, vendors, and platform providers to assist with roadmap planning, licensing considerations, and lifecycle management.
• Identify risks, issues, and areas for improvement, proactively communicating recommendations to leadership and clients.
• Support transition planning, knowledge transfer activities, and staffing continuity efforts as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management, business analysis, Scrum Master, or program management experience in technology initiatives.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in managing federal government contracts and a strong understanding of service-based delivery models.
• Demonstrated success in managing project backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps effectively.
• Experience with managing against SLAs and operational performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and best practices for requirements management.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with government reporting requirements, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and QASP-driven environments.
• Strong skills in resource planning and capacity management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven capability to prioritize competing demands and make effective operational decisions.
• Experience in managing relationships with clients, vendors, and platform partners.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Experience in supporting federal contract transitions, recompetes, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and federal compliance frameworks.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification.
