Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the budget, project scope, and timeline, while reporting development progress to stakeholders.

• Engaging directly with external clients to build enduring relationships, manage expectations, and maintain a business-focused approach.

• Coordinating the creation of design and software solutions, ensuring overall project success with team support and adherence to best practices acquired during onboarding.

• Inspiring, supporting, and guiding the project team.

• Creating or facilitating the development of user stories, MVPs, and other essential lean documentation as needed.

• Seeking enhancements and challenging the existing status quo.

• Being prepared to handle unpredictable situations and devise optimal solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess extensive knowledge and experience (minimum 2.5 years) in managing a variety of agile IT projects.

• Be proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or others.

• Have experience in consistently monitoring and enhancing delivery quality in line with leading software development practices.

• Easily interpret clients' needs across different business models and have a track record of proactively assisting clients in selecting the most suitable solutions.

• Hold sufficient technical knowledge to facilitate smooth communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.

• Exhibit an excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).

• It would be advantageous if you:

• Had experience in presales activities, capable of identifying the needs and constraints of potential clients and crafting an appealing offer.

• Had hands-on experience and solid domain knowledge in e-commerce.

• Had experience as a Product Owner.

• Were skilled in conducting courses, workshops, or presentations.

• Had experience in risk management and report creation.
