📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Field Services transformation projects.

• Collaborate effectively across various business units to foster capability enhancement, operational advancements, and positive business results.

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management.

• Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints while aligning with organizational objectives.

• Cultivate strong partnerships across different teams.

• Communicate adeptly with senior stakeholders.

• Contribute to strategic decision-making in dynamic and complex environments.

• Transform nbn’s regulatory obligations into actionable delivery outcomes that improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and large-scale operational performance.

• Proven expertise in project and program delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to lead intricate initiatives.

• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Outstanding communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Skills to influence senior stakeholders and foster effective cross-functional collaborations.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Lean delivery methodologies is highly valued.

• Recognized strengths in project governance, risk and change management, coaching, and capability enhancement are highly regarded.

• Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is desirable.

• Understanding of PMO frameworks is preferred.

• Proficiency in advanced reporting tools is advantageous.

• Capacity to interpret nbn’s regulatory commitments and convert them into actionable delivery outcomes.
