This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver new or enhanced products/services from start to finish (or transition).

• Ensure that all projects comply with established quality standards, timelines, and budget limitations.

• Manage the overall pre-tax profit and effectively oversee the three critical constraints: quality, cost, and time.

• Direct and coordinate the activities of the project team, fostering optimal performance and motivation.

• Lead extensive programs or significant segments of very intricate programs.

• Responsible for achieving specified project goals within the designated time frame and budget.

• Create a comprehensive project plan, establish deliverable dates, and monitor progress.

• Employ standard Project Management tools to assess complex issues and devise effective solutions.

• Evaluate project performance using relevant tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with over 4 years of project management experience or more than 6 years in project management, engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in forecasting and driving revenue through project management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Six Sigma and other project management methodologies.

• Experience with at least one of the following: Public Safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, civil construction, Military communications, IT Networks.

• PMP certification and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is preferred. PM Masters Certificate is a plus.

• Experience with Motorola Solutions Field System Integration is advantageous.

• Familiarity with two-way radio infrastructure communications products, services, and systems.

• Knowledge of local public safety and federal clientele, such as police, fire, emergency medical services, and government agencies is a plus.

• Must be a self-motivated team player who can work effectively with general guidance towards objectives.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain the necessary security clearance as mandated by government contract(s).
