Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and inspire teams through the various stages of a project

• Identify, organize, prioritize, and track project tasks

• Create comprehensive project plans

• Manage project/account budgets, scope, and timelines

• Monitor and evaluate project/account performance

• Coordinate projects across planning, research, creative, engineering, production, and delivery

• Support initiatives involving cross-functional and widely distributed teams

• Collaborate with a diverse array of clients and projects within the PMO team

• Comprehend and advocate for client needs and objectives

• Foster relationships with clients and internal teams across departments

• Typically report to a Director, Product Management or higher

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 3 or more years of digital experience in marketing, strategy, design, and/or UX project management

• Strong preference for experience in marketing

• Advanced practical knowledge of project management methodologies

• Familiarity with modern marketing, design, and UX processes

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

• Capability to adapt written and verbal communication for diverse audiences

• Understanding and advocacy for client needs and objectives

• Skill in building relationships with clients and across departments

• Ability to influence decision-making

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing across several projects

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with exceptional time management skills

• Mastery of SmartSheet and/or similar collaborative project planning tools; knowledge of Airtable is a plus

• Proficient in Google Workspace productivity applications (gSheets/gSlides/gDocs)

• Familiarity with task management tools such as Monday, Jira, Asana, or similar

• Literacy in AI and hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini

• Experience with or strong aptitude for developing AI agents and agentic workflows

• Commitment to delivering world-class service

• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are preferred

• Skills in business analysis and documentation are advantageous

• Experience in digital consultancy is desirable
