Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in navigating their successful implementation journeys from the initiation of projects to their conclusion.

• Ensure projects remain aligned with timelines, budgets, and overall objectives.

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Remove obstacles for developers and eliminate dependencies.

• Recognize potential risks, develop scenarios, and outline strategies for success.

• Guarantee the overall success of projects.

• Collaborate closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Promote ongoing improvement of the team and its processes through servant leadership.

• Identify and address problems, inquiries, dependencies, and team dysfunctions.

• Monitor team velocity, health, and sprint progress, while highlighting risks to stakeholders.

• Take ownership of budgets, timelines, scope, and risks.

• Serve as the primary project liaison for the client, ensuring transparent communication.

• Maintain high levels of client communication and customer service.

• Document action items and communicate information and tasks to the team.

• Provide weekly reports to the manager regarding project health, encompassing budgets, schedules, and scope issues.

• Deliver weekly and monthly status updates to clients.

• Over 3 years of experience in project management or related roles.

• Relevant experience in the digital space and familiarity with development project life cycles.

• Practical experience with software development methodologies and project management tools, including SCRUM/Agile and Kanban.

• Must be a resident of Brazil.

• Resume must be submitted in English in PDF format.

• Scrum certification (PSM) is a plus.

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
