Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver proactive client service throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Oversee the successful execution of global healthcare market research projects.

• Provide consultative assistance during all project phases.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and critical project metrics.

• Create solutions that guarantee exceptional client satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with account managers to enhance client relationships, comprehend client needs, and build trust.

• Offer daily, insightful client updates that showcase industry knowledge and expertise.

• Take ownership of project success as projects are executed.

• Onboard vendors as necessary to meet agreed-upon deadlines and sample sizes/quotas.

• Develop and implement sampling strategies.

• Monitor internal profitability metrics.

• Collaborate with account management and programming teams to deliver customer projects while proactively addressing any challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare market research.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or client services roles, with a proven history of successfully delivering exceptional work.

• Knowledgeable in market research delivery and operations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that make an impact.

• Results-driven, customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong skills in follow-through, priority management, and multitasking.

• Capacity to foster positive and robust relationships with clients and within the organization.
