Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate strategic initiatives throughout the organization by overseeing projects from inception to completion.

• Establish Medsien’s project management capabilities.

• Collaborate with leaders across various departments including Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Compliance, and others.

• Create comprehensive project plans from the ground up.

• Coordinate teams across different functions.

• Foster accountability and manage timelines effectively.

• Ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Balance daily execution with a strategic, overarching perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in project management or project coordination.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from planning to execution.

• Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work efficiently across cross-functional teams.

• A proactive approach that allows for risk anticipation, opportunity identification, and independent problem-solving.

• A strategic mindset that can appreciate the bigger picture while paying close attention to detail.

• Proficient in developing project plans, processes, and documentation from scratch.

• Capability to excel in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is preferred, though not mandatory.
