Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of critical client and platform projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation in accordance with the SOW.

• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, and milestones as priorities evolve.

• Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

• Deliver documentation, reporting, follow-up emails, status presentations, and Steering Committee materials to client stakeholders.

• Monitor action items, decisions, and dependencies until resolution.

• Keep risk and issue logs updated, and identify blockers, risks, and delayed timelines with suggested solutions.

• Conduct client meetings and internal project check-ins with defined owners, deadlines, and next steps.

• Manage project rollout, user adoption, and transition to production support post-launch.

• Monitor budget and expenditures against the SOW, flag scope alterations, and assist with change orders.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements, including AI-driven task automation.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, engineers, designers, product teams, client services, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in client-facing software or technology projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in presenting project updates to client executives and Steering Committees.

• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• Proficient in working autonomously and advancing projects with minimal oversight.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• A sense of urgency and accountability in project execution.

• Consistent follow-through on outstanding items until resolution.

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
