Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in navigating successful implementation processes from project initiation to closure.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and on track.

• Establish strong connections with clients and internal teams.

• Remove obstacles for developers and mitigate dependencies before they escalate into issues.

• Assess risks, envision multiple scenarios, and outline pathways to success.

• Collaborate closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Lead scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Promote continuous improvement of the team and processes through servant leadership.

• Identify and address problems, inquiries, dependencies, and team dysfunctions.

• Monitor team velocity, health, and sprint progress, while communicating risks to stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and risks effectively.

• Serve as the primary project contact for clients, providing clear and transparent information.

• Maintain high levels of client communication and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Document action items and relay information and tasks to the team.

• Provide weekly reports to management on project health, including concerns related to budget, schedule, and scope.

• Deliver weekly/monthly status updates to clients.

• Over 3 years of experience in project management or related positions.

• Practical experience in the digital sector and familiarity with development project life cycles.

• Experience working with various software development methodologies and project management tools, including SCRUM/Agile and Kanban.

• Residency in Brazil.

• Unable to provide visa sponsorship of any kind.
