Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee major construction projects or processes with minimal supervision from management

• Participate in departmental objectives and planning activities, encompassing budgets and operational strategies

• Make decisions that influence departmental outcomes, functions, or geographical areas

• Engage with regulators, clients, or other external stakeholders regarding business matters

• Promote innovative and sustainable building practices in alignment with Dutch Bros' mission

• Perform feasibility studies, architectural design, and worksite layout planning

• Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout the construction process

• Encourage collaboration and creativity in creating inviting and dynamic Dutch Bros environments
