Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the client's operations, the supported area, and employee workflows to drive impactful solutions for the client.

• Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout all phases of the project, ensuring effective and ongoing communication.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment of the Looqbox solution, from the initial kickoff to usage stabilization.

• Facilitate client meetings, including kickoffs, alignment discussions, status updates, training sessions, and follow-ups.

• Organize meeting agendas, objectives, and actionable next steps.

• Prepare and deliver well-structured client presentations that communicate project status, deliverables, risks, scope changes, and schedule modifications.

• Oversee project schedules, timelines, and priorities to ensure predictability and transparency.

• Collaborate with the internal team on deliverable development, aligning technical and business expectations.

• Track project progress by identifying risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and recommend action plans accordingly.

• Respond to client inquiries and requests during and post-implementation.

• Conduct meetings and on-site visits to clients as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or equivalent fields.

• Proven experience in implementing and overseeing client projects.

• Background in leading client meetings and delivering presentations.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks effectively.

• Strong organizational skills for planning and adapting activities and deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align expectations between clients and internal teams.

• Experience in technology or SaaS companies is advantageous.

• Familiarity with BI, data, or commercial operations is a plus.

• Experience working with mid-sized and large clients is an advantage.
