Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and oversee designated IT projects and initiatives.

• Create and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action items.

• Collaborate with TSA, Leidos, service owners, technical teams, and partner stakeholders.

• Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, costs, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Maintain project documentation and status reports in authorized systems of record.

• Organize project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and communications with stakeholders.

• Identify project risks and issues while coordinating mitigation and resolution efforts.

• Track project performance and relay status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

• Manage resources across Service Desk, Desktop Support, Asset Management, ServiceNow, WebEOC, infrastructure, and other service teams.

• Assist with IMAC, deployment, technology refresh, transition, implementation, and various IT initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to approved TSA processes, procedures, and controls.

• Aid in operational readiness, transition, knowledge transfer, acceptance, and post-implementation tasks.

• Document lessons learned and pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.

• Capability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability.

• Ability to secure and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.

• Relevant experience in supporting project management functions within an enterprise or federal IT setting.

• Strong skills in project coordination, communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving.

• Experience in managing schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and deliverables.

• Ability to coordinate among technical, operational, government, and contractor stakeholders.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate project records and reporting.

• Preferred: Experience with TSA, DHS, or other federal IT programs.

• Preferred: PMP or similar project management certification.

• Preferred: Experience in IT infrastructure, end-user computing, ITSM, or enterprise IT projects.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting geographically distributed projects and operational environments.
