Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, secure, and oversee resources to achieve specific program goals and objectives.

• Ensure projects adhere to scope, timeline, and budgetary restrictions.

• Collaborate with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support staff.

• Coordinate efforts to bring new equipment into operation at FAA facilities.

• Ensure that project timelines are achieved while staying within budget limits.

• Provide prompt and precise responses to technical and program-related inquiries.

• Assist in the formulation of budgets using FAA government databases.

• Create necessary documentation that supports program schedules.

• Work autonomously to meet daily program objectives.

• Update project schedules and offer insights to FAA construction managers.

• Organize spontaneous teleconferences and meetings to uphold project timelines and budgets.

• Offer programmatic insights to team members using client databases.

• Conduct investigations and perform root cause analysis.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA or BS degree is required, along with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Capability to present ideas to a variety of audiences.

• Proficient in MS Project and Excel (including Macros).

• Previous experience in supporting the FAA.

• Familiarity with FAA radar technology.

• A technical background is highly preferred.

• Skills in Lean/Six Sigma Analysis.

• Experience in Data Analytics.

• Knowledge of Data architecture.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations: excels at establishing structure, defining scope, and delivering results in open-ended scenarios.

• Capable of bringing clarity to unstructured environments.

• Agile in problem-solving.
