Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to achieve program goals and objectives.

• Ensure that projects are executed within established scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support staff.

• Coordinate efforts to integrate new equipment at FAA facilities.

• Guarantee that project timelines are adhered to while remaining within financial parameters.

• Provide prompt and precise responses to technical and program-related inquiries.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets using FAA government databases.

• Draft necessary documents that support program schedules.

• Work autonomously to accomplish daily program objectives.

• Update project timelines and offer insights to FAA construction managers.

• Organize spontaneous teleconferences and meetings to uphold project timelines and costs.

• Contribute programmatic insights to team members utilizing specialized client databases.

• Conduct investigations and perform root cause analysis.

• Undertake additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA or BS degree is required alongside 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Capable of presenting ideas to a variety of audiences.

• Proficient in MS Project and Excel, including Macros.

• Previous experience supporting the FAA is preferred.

• Familiarity with FAA radar technology.

• A technical background is highly desirable.

• Skills in Lean/Six Sigma Analysis.

• Proficient in Data Analytics and Data Architecture.
