Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance Asana project structures, workflows, and templates.

• Develop and implement Asana rules and automations to optimize task routing and accountability.

• Ensure projects adhere to standardized Asana best practices and organizational processes.

• Create and update reusable project templates for ongoing initiatives.

• Keep project boards organized with consistent naming conventions and task hygiene standards.

• Monitor daily task progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are on schedule.

• Conduct audits of projects for overdue tasks, missing assignees, incomplete details, and stalled deliverables.

• Follow up with task owners and escalate any blockers, overdue deliverables, and workflow issues.

• Coordinate deliverables across departments and streamline task handoffs.

• Track cross-functional dependencies and address bottlenecks.

• Support alignment across marketing, creative, ads, brand management, and leadership teams.

• Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership.

• Provide regular project status updates, including overdue tasks and potential risks.

• Monitor workflow trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and internal workflow documentation.

• Update SOPs and workflows as systems evolve.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

• Perform other duties as assigned based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles.

• Strong background in using Asana in a professional environment (2+ years preferred).

• Experience in creating templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools and automation (including "vibe coding") to build workflows, scripts, or lightweight tools that enhance efficiency.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional follow-up and accountability skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining organized systems.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the e-commerce landscape (desired, but not mandatory).

• Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows (desired, but not mandatory).

• Experience in a fast-paced remote setting (desired, but not mandatory).

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams (desired, but not mandatory).
