Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to establish project scope, create project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks across KVG's global operations

• Coordinate team members across various disciplines regarding requirements, deadlines, and timelines

• Facilitate project meetings, encourage discussions, and address execution challenges

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards and are submitted punctually

• Compile status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project data

• Develop and implement project communication strategies

• Manage change requests and evaluate their effects on timelines and budgets

• Organize user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for implementation and handover

• Spot new client opportunities to broaden project scope and foster long-term relationships

• Secure customer acceptance of deliverables and oversee customer satisfaction

• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement

• Mentor and guide junior project team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 4–5 years of experience in project management or a similar field

• Strong project management competencies, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Capacity to build and sustain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, which is the working language at KVG

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

• Experience in a cross-cultural or international context is advantageous

• Familiarity with government contracts is preferred
