This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Develop and oversee project-specific objectives, timelines, budgets, and execution plans
• Define project success metrics in alignment with client needs and JLL standards
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist stakeholders in navigating conceptual planning, design development, construction documentation, and approvals
• Create and uphold project timelines, track milestones and critical path activities, and manage risks and dependencies
• Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure project documentation is thorough, accurate, and timely
• Prepare and oversee RFP processes, bid assessments, vendor selection, and contract management
• Supervise vendor, contractor, and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and client standards
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and refinement of JLL's best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management settings
• Hands-on experience with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with executive-level stakeholders and project teams
• Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
