Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide projects from initiation to final delivery, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective stakeholder management.

• Inspire and lead project teams towards successful outcomes.

• Create project plans, monitor progress, and pinpoint as well as address risks and issues.

• Manage project finances, including budgets and cost forecasts.

• Establish quality control protocols for project outcomes.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative project management techniques.

• Promote initiatives aimed at continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, ideally within the real estate or construction sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

• In-depth understanding of project management principles and best practices.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to nurture and sustain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and energize project teams.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
