Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and manage launch plans for AI products, encompassing timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and necessary lead times.

• Identify launch stakeholders and maintain a consistent communication cadence.

• Monitor go-to-market readiness across marketing, sales, support, training, solution architects, documentation, and other departments.

• Offer structured guidance and proactively engage with stakeholders for follow-ups.

• Update senior leadership on launch status, potential risks, and delivery timelines.

• Showcase launch readiness during leadership meetings.

• Facilitate usability testing and gather customer feedback sessions.

• Arrange logistics connecting product teams with customers, solution architects, and other relevant parties.

• Execute launch checklists, conduct go/no-go reviews, and lead post-launch retrospectives.

• Develop a strong understanding of the product and communicate effectively with engineers, executives, and various audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with AI products to confidently explain them to any audience; extensive technical knowledge or model-building experience is not necessary.

• 1–2 years of experience in project or program coordination, product ownership, business operations, launch or event management, an internship, or a similar cross-functional role.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines concurrently.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and engaging demeanor.

• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership and follow-through.

• Confidence and professionalism when interacting with and presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams and effective asynchronous communication skills.

• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
