This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee multiple high-impact and complex cross-functional projects.
• Convert strategic priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable execution plans.
• Determine project scope, milestones, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, decision points, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional leaders, site teams, and initiative owners.
• Develop integrated project plans and set up governance routines.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and facilitate practical trade-offs among competing priorities.
• Direct project planning and execution efforts.
• Establish governance structures, meeting cadence, and accountability measures.
• Identify and actively manage project risks, dependencies, and resource limitations.
• Assist in business prioritization and value generation.
• Handle risks, issues, dependencies, and changes effectively.
• Convey complex project information in a clear, structured, and actionable manner.
• Provide project updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions to leadership.
• Contribute to and enhance PMO tools, templates, routines, and project management standards.
• Develop repeatable PMO tools and practices.
• Reinforce disciplined operational routines, cadence, governance, decision-making forums, and escalation pathways.
• Cultivate working relationships across various stakeholder groups and influence progress without direct authority.
• Link project work to 80/20 thinking, customer/product priorities, operational routines, and value-creation opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, human resources, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed, or multi-site environments, ideally in commercial operations.
• Ability to create project plans, manage timelines, monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure accountability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready updates and facilitate decision-making discussions.
• Capacity to influence without direct authority and achieve results through collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in navigating both strategic planning discussions and detailed execution environments.
• Ability to support projects across various functions, businesses, and stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs.
• Solid business acumen encompassing operational, financial, organizational, and customer implications of project work.
• Experience interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• High level of comfort operating in ambiguous situations and creating structure where none exists.
• Proficient with project management tools, Microsoft Office applications, and project reporting techniques.
• May require travel to business sites, project launch meetings, milestone reviews, and leadership working sessions.
