📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of pharmacovigilance projects, encompassing planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Create and execute project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to achieve project objectives and milestones.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as clinical, regulatory, and data management, to guarantee effective integration and execution of safety monitoring initiatives.

• Supervise the collection, assessment, and reporting of adverse events, ensuring timely and precise submission to regulatory bodies and sponsors.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to pharmacovigilance teams, including mentoring and training team members.

• Track project advancement, identify potential risks, and apply mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, with a solid grasp of safety reporting and regulatory obligations.

• Demonstrated project management abilities, with experience in leading intricate pharmacovigilance projects and managing cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the capability to develop and implement detailed project plans and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive project success.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
