This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

β’ Manage client relationships and oversee cross-functional project planning, scheduling, and execution.
β’ Define project parameters, resource needs, deliverables, risk mitigation strategies, action plans, issue resolution, and budgets.
β’ Coordinate, execute, and finalize regional/global cross-functional projects within matrix teams.
β’ Provide specialized project management insights for new business proposals and bid-defense meetings.
β’ Engage in multiple consultancy projects encompassing market access, health economics, epidemiology and data analytics, health technology assessment, value communications, and Patient Reported Outcomes.
β’ 3-5 years of professional experience within a CRO, central laboratory setting OR extensive clinical laboratory experience.
β’ A degree in Life Sciences, HEOR, Epidemiology, Business, Statistics, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
β’ Exceptional communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
β’ Customer-oriented with the capability to establish strong relationships with business partners.
β’ Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external clients.
β’ Highly organized and able to maintain composure while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
β’ Eager to advance a career in Project Management.
β’ Committed to Process Improvement and seeking opportunities to enhance project management efficiencies.
β’ Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
β’ Quality and detail-focused.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
β’ Effective team player in a multi-cultural environment.
β’ Mastery of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
β’ Ability to customize project planning tools to align with client needs and research (or project) strategy.
β’ Proven capacity to work independently and manage complex projects.
β’ Skillful in presenting clear instructions, negotiating pricing, and resolving issues with suppliers and stakeholders globally.
β’ Track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, working autonomously, and managing demanding delivery schedules.
β’ Proactive in anticipating and addressing client and/or project needs without prompting.
β’ Capability to identify necessary actions to achieve goals and targets.
β’ Consistently dependable in meeting time-sensitive demands and ongoing commitments with minimal supervision.
β’ Understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
β’ Familiarity with IRB/Ethics committees.
β’ Knowledge of data privacy regulations and the Sunshine Act.
β’ Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
β’ Insight into various project management methodologies, such as Agile vs PMBoK.
