Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of comprehensive Oracle Fusion implementation programs from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.

• Create and sustain integrated project plans, including milestones, resource needs, dependencies, budgets, governance timelines, and delivery obligations.

• Manage functional, technical, data, integration, testing, change, training, cutover, and business workstreams.

• Maintain RAID and decision logs, driving efforts for mitigation and resolution.

• Deliver clear status updates to program leadership, steering committees, and client stakeholders.

• Coordinate third-party interactions, distributed delivery teams, and inter-project dependencies.

• Supervise testing readiness, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.

• Ensure compliance with established methodologies, quality benchmarks, security protocols, and change control practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth experience in managing complete Oracle ERP and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Strong understanding of implementation cycles, encompassing design, configuration, build, migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.

• Proven experience in leading intricate, multi-workstream programs with teams distributed across various locations, both onshore and offshore.

• Demonstrated capability in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and contractual obligations.

• Extensive knowledge of RAID management, governance, change control, and dependency oversight.

• Experience in financial management, commercial governance, resource forecasting, and supplier coordination.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion's functional and technical delivery dependencies.

• Exceptional skills in executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation or Oracle delivery methodologies is preferred.
