Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate projects and workstreams across various business sectors

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and action trackers

• Monitor tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and obstacles

• Delegate and track responsibilities and deadlines

• Facilitate collaboration among Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other business departments

• Manage and track business and operational tickets until resolution

• Assist in the delivery of Product and Technology, including releases and technical dependencies

• Organize projects that involve external partners, vendors, and service providers

• Conduct project meetings and document actions, decisions, and follow-ups

• Recognize risks or delays early and escalate as necessary

• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and leadership

• Establish uniform project management processes throughout the organization

• Support new projects and initiatives as the business expands and evolves

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently

• Proven experience in project management, program coordination, or a related role

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Strong follow-through skills and the ability to drive actions to completion

• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams

• Capable of providing structure to projects where requirements, priorities, or processes may still be developing

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools

• Experience managing technology or software-related projects is a plus

• Background in fintech, financial services, gaming, or another regulated sector is advantageous
