Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee project teams to achieve safe, dependable, and profitable results across scope, timeline, budget, quality, compliance, and client expectations.

• Formulate and implement project strategies, forecasts, risk mitigation plans, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction to commissioning and project closure.

• Utilize economic principles to assess cost, risk, schedule, and value trade-offs while making timely decisions that enhance project results.

• Create and nurture high-performing teams by establishing clear expectations, coaching for contributions, and aligning strengths with project and business needs.

• Facilitate collaboration among customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and disciplined execution.

• Enhance relationships with customers and stakeholders by addressing challenges, fulfilling commitments, and building mutual long-term value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility-scale renewable energy, or large capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

• Proven experience in managing project scope, timeline, budget, forecasting, risk mitigation, contracts, or customer obligations.

• Experience in leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.

• Possession of a valid US driver’s license.

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

• EPC experience in Utility Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects.

• Proven track record in leading self-perform construction execution on large or complex projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant project management or construction industry certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE.

• Experience collaborating with Business Development, Estimating, Operations, or clients to facilitate project pursuits, repeat business, and actionable project solutions.
