Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-departmental projects from conception to completion

• Adhere to established EPMO guidelines and PMI-aligned methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid models

• Collaborate with executive sponsors, subject-matter experts, operations, IT, finance, compliance, and external stakeholders

• Ensure that project deliverables are achieved within the specified timeframe and budget

• Facilitate new state and contract implementations by managing readiness initiatives, coordinating training, integrating vendors, and executing go-live processes

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and advocate for process enhancements through change requests and standardized SOPs

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• 5–8 years of progressively responsible project management experience leading intricate, cross-functional initiatives

• In-depth understanding of PMI's PMBOK-based methodology

• PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred

• Expertise in project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or Jira
