This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Execute Great Minds project management methodologies and industry-leading practices across various projects.
• Develop, revise, and oversee project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iteratively define and document project scope and requirements.
• Identify resources necessary to meet agreed-upon project timelines.
• Construct and maintain comprehensive Smartsheet project plans and schedules, including dependencies.
• Anticipate, document, and manage project risks while formulating mitigation strategies.
• Oversee changes, document scope modifications, and negotiate adjustments to timelines.
• Track project expenditures against budgets and report any variances to stakeholders.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional professionals.
• Provide additional project support as required.
• Coordinate various functional teams involved in the creation, production, and delivery of curriculum and ancillary products.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working on cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT), Microsoft SharePoint, or comparable collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles, preferably with Smartsheet or similar project management applications.
• Excellent organizational skills for goal-setting, collaborative problem-solving, deadline management, and record keeping.
• Capability to manage activities for multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to foresee project obstacles and devise innovative solutions.
• Competence in making solutions-oriented decisions in a dynamic and ambiguous entrepreneurial setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Submission of a cover letter and resume is mandatory.
