Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee small to midsize projects and assist the CEO with larger or more intricate projects from initial design to construction administration.

• Manage daily communications with clients, consultants, contractors, the CEO, and the internal team.

• Provide updates, summaries of meetings, decisions required, and next steps.

• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and documentation for precision, completeness, and feasibility.

• Facilitate comprehensive trade coordination among structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, consultant deliverables, and critical client decision points.

• Administer construction processes, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, site observations, and tracking open issues.

• Guide Project Architects, Designers, and other team members while ensuring accountability for deadlines and quality standards.

• Travel to project sites up to 30% based on project and company requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed architect with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.

• More than 10 years of professional architectural experience, including over 5 years in a project management capacity.

• Experience in hospitality, aviation, or restaurant sectors is highly advantageous.

• Minimum of 3 years of construction administration experience, including full lifecycle responsibility on designated projects.

• Strong skills in technical detailing, with extensive experience coordinating construction documents across structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and code compliance.

• Clear and confident communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• A portfolio showcasing project leadership and technical detailing expertise.

• Located in the Dallas metro area, within 50 miles of DFW International or Love Field airports.
