This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and lead cross-disciplinary teams, including contractors across various sections.
• Act as the liaison and primary contact with Government leaders and representatives regarding technical and project-related matters.
• Manage and report on team/site manpower status.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to leadership on project status and milestones.
• Execute procedures and oversee the implementation of technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support initiatives.
• Track and report progress at defined intervals.
• Collect and verify project requirements.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
• Conduct resource management.
• Establish and keep project schedules and documentation up to date.
• Supervise and track project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Offer proactive risk management and project reporting.
• Provide briefings to leadership as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Proficient in multidisciplinary teamwork, office administration, operational leadership, and operations management.
