Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the effective implementation of GE Vernova’s project scope across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

• Take ownership of project planning, cost management, forecasting, and schedule tracking.

• Identify potential project risks and implement recovery strategies.

• Manage project interfaces and dependencies with consortium partners.

• Supervise procurement and supply chain operations, including supplier performance, expediting, long-lead items, and import/customs activities.

• Coordinate site installation, construction, testing, and commissioning processes.

• Champion quality and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance, including QA/QC standards, nonconformance procedures, documentation, and site safety measures.

• Provide updates on project progress, costs, schedules, risks, quality, and HSE to the Project Director.

• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, site teams, subcontractors, and consortium partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in project execution within the EPC, infrastructure, power, or energy industries.

• Proven project management skills, with strong capabilities in planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

• Familiarity with Control Center software applications.

• Strong aptitude for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in both French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred experience in relevant sector projects.

• Experience working on projects in Algeria or similar North African markets is advantageous.

• Full adherence to company integrity policies and relevant anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws.

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Professional engineering qualification related to GEV's technical scope is an advantage.
