Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in achieving improved health and human services outcomes through innovation and technology.

• Oversee one or more large project management teams by translating operational goals and objectives into actionable strategies.

• Lead project planning, monitoring, and oversight by providing direction and deadlines to ensure timely and quality task completion.

• Engage with clients, company, and project team leadership; evaluate and report project metrics and status; propose program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives to guarantee quality deliverables throughout all project phases.

• Manage projects across teams by identifying risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee client, company, and project team expectations regarding agreed-upon project performance by collecting, providing, and tracking project metrics.

• Keep project documentation accurate and current.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the complete project management life cycle.

• Preferred: 3 or more years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare.

• Proficient in project management methodologies or a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Capability to lead and convert broader program goals into clear and achievable project scope and milestones.

• Ability to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Strong skills in executive presentation and effective communication.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly transitioning between them.

• Ability to communicate project priorities and inspire direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to take action.

• Must be remote-based within the United States.

• Video cameras are required during all interviews and for the initial week of orientation.
