Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in achieving improved health and human services outcomes via technology and innovation.

• Oversee one or more large project management teams by deconstructing extensive technological programs and aiding in project staffing.

• Lead project planning, monitoring, and supervision of assigned personnel by offering direction and setting deadlines.

• Engage with clients, company leadership, and project team leaders, evaluating and sharing project metrics and status updates.

• Suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project timelines, program definitions, budgets, and objectives throughout all project stages.

• Manage projects involving non-direct reports by escalating risks and applying mitigation strategies.

• Prepare comprehensive statements of work and support proposal initiatives and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the entire project management life cycle.

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare preferred.

• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• A contemporary understanding of budget development, control, and assurance techniques.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Capability to translate broader program goals into clear and achievable project scopes and milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, mentor, and guide junior staff members.

• Excellent executive presentation abilities.

• Proficient in communicating project priorities and inspiring both direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to take action.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
