Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee SaaS implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and transition to Customer Success.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure alignment of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Administer project finances, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Act as the main point of accountability for project delivery.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including both business and technical leaders.

• Lead project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive status updates.

• Coordinate efforts among consultants, solution architects, customer teams, and other stakeholders.

• Manage conflicting priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional requirements.

• Provide clear communication and practical guidance during periods of uncertainty or change.

• Guide teams through delivery challenges while ensuring project alignment.

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, and formulate mitigation and escalation plans.

• Assist with change management, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption efforts.

• Enhance Project Management and Implementation Services standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Share insights and delivery expertise within the Project Management community.

• Report to the Manager of Project Management and collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Support Services, and customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects.

• Solid understanding of software implementation lifecycles and project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models.

• Strong grasp of project delivery fundamentals such as scope, schedule, risk, budget, quality, and stakeholder management.

• Experience collaborating directly with customers and senior business stakeholders.

• Proven track record in managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level sponsors.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Ability to lead by influence in cross-functional settings.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Preferred: More than 5 years of Project Management experience in delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects.

• Preferred: Experience in delivering software implementations within a SaaS context.

• Preferred: Experience with Environmental, Sustainability, ESG, Carbon Management, EHS, Quality, regulatory compliance, or operational excellence initiatives.

• Preferred: Familiarity with environmental reporting, sustainability management, ESG disclosure, carbon accounting, environmental compliance, or similar business processes.

• Preferred: Educational background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Preferred: PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification.

• Preferred: Experience delivering projects across the EMEA region or within globally distributed customer environments.

• Preferred: Comfort in working with globally distributed teams across various time zones.

• Preferred: Experience with enterprise customers in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, infrastructure, natural resources, chemical, or sustainability-focused sectors.

• Preferred: Understanding of application integrations and enterprise software ecosystems.

• Preferred: Membership in the Association for Project Management (APM) is considered advantageous.
