Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Onboard new customers onto Five Sigma’s SaaS platform and facilitate the onboarding process for existing clients.

• Develop initial application configurations and assess platform settings and functionalities.

• Oversee projects from initiation to successful go-live, ensuring they remain within scope, time, and budget.

• Plan and manage large-scale, high-risk, or strategic initiatives.

• Analyze complex situations and propose viable solutions for customers.

• Maintain relationships with project stakeholders, tracking progress, addressing issues, and managing requirements and deliverables.

• Implement project management methodologies, tools, and procedures effectively.

• Assess risks, create contingency plans, and designate mitigation responsibilities.

• Familiarize yourself with client organizations, processes, teams, and desired outcomes.

• Collect and document operational and technical requirements in collaboration with client teams.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and transition clients to Customer Support & Success.

• Develop end-user training and set up go-live and post-production support channels.

• Organize and oversee project resource allocation in conjunction with relevant departments.

• Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.

• Offer technical, business consulting, and product expertise to customers.

• Configure product features within contractual limitations or identify necessary change requests.

• Define implementation use cases, roles, and business requirements.

• Occasionally support pre-sale engagements.

• Travel to meet clients as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience in large-scale strategic projects within the Insurtech sector.

• Familiarity with project management processes, including task planning, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse disciplines and varying levels of technical expertise.

• Clear, concise, and tactful communication with senior executives, clients, peers, and team members.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while engaging with various stakeholders.

• Strong internal communication and client-facing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity for multitasking.

• Experience in drafting functional business and technical requirements.

• Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs within project scope and statements of work.

• Solid technical background and understanding of technical concepts.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams using formalized methodologies.

• PMP certification and/or other industry-related project management certifications are advantageous.
