Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients onto Five Sigma’s SaaS platform and assist existing clients with their onboarding process.

• Create initial application settings and evaluate the functionalities and configurations of the platform.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Plan and manage the execution of large-scale, high-risk, or strategic projects, ensuring successful go-live.

• Conduct kick-off meetings to align, strategize, and assess client implementation processes.

• Maintain stakeholder relationships while tracking progress, addressing issues, and managing requirements and deliverables.

• Evaluate risks, formulate contingency plans, and identify triggers along with mitigating responsibilities.

• Gain insights into clients’ organizations, workflows, teams, and desired outcomes.

• Comprehend and document operational and technical requirements in collaboration with client teams.

• Ensure projects are finalized and facilitate the transition of clients to Customer Support & Success.

• Develop end-user training materials and set up support channels for go-live and post-production.

• Organize and oversee the allocation of project resources.

• Juggle multiple projects and clients at the same time.

• Provide technical guidance, business consulting, and product expertise.

• Activate and configure product features within the constraints of contracts or identify necessary change requests.

• Determine use cases, roles, and business requirements for each implementation.

• Occasionally support during pre-sale activities.

• Travel to meet with clients and engage with their internal and external teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in Insurtech, particularly with large-scale strategic initiatives — required.

• Proficient knowledge of project management processes, including planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, time management, financial oversight, quality control, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, interpersonal, client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate with individuals from various disciplines and with differing levels of technical expertise.

• Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and tactfully with senior executives, clients, peers, and team members.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.

• Experience in drafting functional business and technical requirements.

• History of delivering client-centered solutions within the scope of projects and statements of work.

• Robust technical background and understanding of technical concepts.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams within a structured methodology.

• PMP certification and/or other relevant industry and project management qualifications are advantageous.
