Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and execute implementation projects ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.

• Lead all stages of the project lifecycle, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Establish and uphold project governance, which includes maintaining RAID logs, status reports, and steering updates.

• Coordinate both internal and client-facing resources in alignment with project timelines and requirements.

• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to maintain delivery continuity.

• Ensure compliance with PMO delivery methodologies, processes, and toolsets.

• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary delivery contact.

• Facilitate workshops, status updates, and crucial decision-making meetings.

• Manage expectations and align client objectives with delivery capabilities.

• Collaborate with Consultants and Technical Leads to assess solution feasibility and implementation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management roles, preferably within SaaS or software implementation settings.

• Proven capability to manage cross-functional projects and engage multiple stakeholders across various regions.

• Strong comprehension of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet.

• Experience with commercial statements of work, budgets, and client timelines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage several projects simultaneously.

• Proven track record in anticipating and managing project-level risks and issues.

• Professional credibility and ownership in high-visibility client and internal environments.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.

• Experience in a private equity-backed SaaS company is a plus.

• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization is preferred.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.
