Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule project activities utilizing the appropriate resources.

• Lead software implementation projects to ensure completion within set timelines.

• Define internal and external expectations while establishing accountability.

• Prioritize and update tasks associated with implementation projects.

• Communicate effectively with all departments to address needs and meet timelines.

• Advance implementation projects in accordance with specified project details.

• Monitor, document, and conclude projects in line with company processes.

• Offer customer support for project-related inquiries and guarantee timely, reliable responses.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing communication to technical resources.

• Utilize TaskRay, Microsoft Excel, Project, or other project management tools to oversee projects.

• Engage in continuous training and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of successful project management experience in SaaS software.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with business application processes, ERP software, and accounting practices is desired.

• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating standard office software with ease.

• Able to independently seek information and operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• May require travel to corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations across North America.
