This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist with program reporting, encompassing status updates, milestones, action items, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across various project teams.
• Develop and manage work items that reflect requirements, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Transform stakeholder directives into actionable tasks.
• Monitor open questions and dependencies until resolved.
• Aid in backlog organization, delivery planning, and prioritization efforts.
• Oversee resource forecasts and assist with program financial tracking, including staffing plans, utilization, burn rates, and anticipated changes.
• Coordinate program communications, evaluate product release readiness, manage production support ticket operations, conduct team meetings, document processes, and facilitate team onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain team rosters, collaboration channels, and shared program resources.
• Communicate effectively with technical, product, program, and customer stakeholders.
• Support multiple simultaneous efforts while ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, blockers, and critical decisions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary federal suitability or Public Trust determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a comparable role supporting software development teams within an Agile framework.
• At least 2 years of experience working with federal government programs or in the government contracting sector.
• Proficient in employing Agile/Kanban methodologies and project management tools to organize tasks, maintain backlogs, track dependencies, and aid delivery.
• Experience in supporting resource planning, forecasting, program financial tracking, or related project management functions.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to support multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Experience in aiding federal digital services or modernization initiatives.
• Background in supporting projects related to data platforms and data solutions.
• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time unless otherwise directed by management.
