Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage change requests and opportunities for upselling throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various projects.

• Enhance billable utilization and address any under-utilized resources.

• Oversee unbillable project investments and ensure proper billing of resources.

• Maintain open communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Track progress, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.

• Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and productive team environment.

• Facilitate the definition of project scope with the internal production team, including client requirements and deliverables.

• Create and sustain detailed project plans.

• Coordinate tasks, assign resources, and ensure timely task completion.

• Oversee production team workflows, including daily standups and sidebar meetings.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot issues and brainstorm solutions.

• Manage schedules for both internal and client-facing meetings.

• Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, processes, and procedures to facilitate project success.

• Apply best practices and lessons learned, sharing insights with team members.

• Create and update bi-weekly reports, scorecard dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare and distribute scheduled reports to clients and internal teams.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.

• At least 3 years of client-facing experience, ideally with leadership and C-suite teams.

• Proven experience with Shopify Plus is required.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects across distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a focus on Agile processes.

• Experience with Asana is preferred.

• Familiarity with resource planning tools is preferred.

• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple projects and client relationships is preferred.
