Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing projects from inception to completion

• Collaborating closely with project owners, prime contractors, subcontractors, project superintendents, and administrative staff

• Developing and overseeing project budgets, timelines, and billing processes

• Coordinating labor, materials, and equipment

• Ensuring proper project close-out, including the transition to the warranty department

• Conducting preliminary scheduling

• Evaluating project plans and specifications

• Coordinating with designers when needed

• Submitting requests for material procurement

• Monitoring project conditions and providing change proposals as required

• Verifying wages with state and federal agencies

• Conducting annual performance evaluations for direct reports

• Overseeing subcontractors

• Creating project budgets

• Preparing cost projections

• Generating and maintaining schedules of values for invoicing

• Keeping track of change orders, submittals, and RFI registries

• Discussing project performance with team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required

• Successful completion of a background check

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening

• Valid driver’s license with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past four years and no more than three moving violations or two at-fault vehicle accidents in the last three years

• 3-5 years of project management experience preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, or a relevant combination of education and experience preferred

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, and listen for extended periods

• Ability to safely lift 25 pounds and move 100 pounds

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed

• Capability to work outdoors in varying temperatures, weather conditions, and periods of darkness, including environments like mud, snow, ice, and direct sunlight

• Ability to telecommute from home or work in the office as necessary
