Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and conclude CSI internal, departmental, and customer-facing projects.

• Facilitate an effective transition from project sponsor.

• Conduct project kick-off meetings.

• Review and enhance standard project plans based on project complexity and impacts.

• Allocate team members to necessary project roles.

• Review project plan highlights with customers to secure their buy-in.

• Establish the initial project setup.

• Engage with project teams and communicate effectively to ensure projects proceed as intended.

• Identify and manage critical project issues and risks.

• Assess project status by reviewing project plans and available information.

• Monitor time reporting against planned activities.

• Conduct internal and external project status meetings.

• Provide written updates on project status.

• Escalate issues and risks that could threaten project success.

• Perform post-project reviews and identify lessons learned.

• Conduct project surveys to gather customer feedback and satisfaction data.

• Contribute to the enhancement of methodologies, processes, and documentation.

• Maintain a well-managed project portfolio and provide leadership with visibility into performance and areas needing attention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience equivalent to it.

• At least four (4) years of experience managing multiple project engagements.

• Experience in supporting internal and/or customer-facing projects with defined scopes and timelines.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities.

• Technical aptitude.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies is preferred.
